A quick update on a few of the most exciting things that have happened over the past year!
My play The Forest was selected for the 2018 O'Neill National Playwrights' Conference! I'll be workshopping the play at the O'Neill in July. It's also had readings with Athena Theatre, Crashbox Theatre, Mason Holdings, the HBMG Foundation Winter Residency (for which I spent a wonderful week in Creede, CO), and Mile Square Theatre.
My play What Happened That Night will be produced by Project Y Theatre Company as part of this year's Women in Theatre Festival in June, following a workshop with director Allison Benko (assistant director - Oslo) as part of Rising Sun Performance Company's Laboratorium residency, and a workshop and reading at T. Schreiber Studios.
My play American Dreamers will be produced by West of 10th Productions in August, directed by Molly Rose Clifford (artistic director - Two Headed Rep).
My play A Perfect Fit will be produced by Vermont Pride Theater in July.
My play Hungry was produced by The Skeleton Rep (in a brand new rewrite) in December of 2017.
My play The Grand Tour won the New Jersey Playwrights' Contest and was produced at Porch Light Productions in April of 2017.
I was one of the 2018 Individual Artist Fellowship winners in playwriting from the New Jersey State Council for the Arts.
I became a company member with InViolet Theater, an amazing company of actors, writers, and directors. They did a workshop and staged reading of my play Ends of the Earth last summer.
I was one of the Season Six: All-Stars writers for The Brooklyn Generator, and wrote a brand new play called The Lucky Ones in less than a month (now for rewrites!)
My play Reality was published and is now available from Playscripts.
I also had readings of other plays with Writers' Theatre of New Jersey, the Bickford Theatre, Nora's Playhouse, Project Y Theatre Company, 5th Wall Productions, and probably some other wonderful companies that I'm forgetting to mention.
